SINOPSIS / SYNOPSIS

ESPAÑOL

Alex es un chico tímido y observador. Vive en un barrio residencial a las afueras de Londres, y se siente inquieto por la presencia de su nuevo compañero de piso, Marcus. Resulta ser todo lo opuesto a él. Le desagrada pero, al mismo tiempo, no puede dejar de observarle.

ENGLISH

Alex is a shy and observant boy. He lives in a suburb just outside London, and he feels uneasy about the presence of his new roommate, Marcus, that is the opposite of him. Alex doesn’t feel very comfortable with Marcus in the same house, but at the same time he cannot stop watching him.

ESPAÑOL

Oviedo (Asturias), 1991. Graduado en Dirección de Escena por la Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Madrid (RESAD)
Desde muy pequeño su madre le inculca su gran pasión por el arte, en especial la pintura. Si bien es cierto que Fernando adquiere la destreza del dibujo como algo natural, a la edad de 18 años decide irse a Madrid a estudiar una de sus mayores pasiones, el cine. Estudia Dirección Cinematográfica en las escuelas ECA (Escuela Municipal de Cine de Alcorcón) y en la Escuela de Cine y TV “Septima Ars”.
Ha completado su formación teatral en el extranjero en el terreno de la dirección de actores en las escuelas LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) y la escuela de teatro y performance “Rose Bruford” en Londres. Será en Londres donde ruede su primer cortometraje “MARCUS” (2016).

From a very young age Fernando got a lot of influences of his mother and her passion of art, specially, painting. While it is true that Fernando acquires the skills of drawing as something natural, at the age of 18 he decided to move to Madrid to study one of his greatest passions, cinema.
Fernando Studies filmmaking at the ECA film school in Alcorcón and also at the Film and Television school “Septima Ars” in Madrid.
He has completed his theatrical training abroad in the field of stage directing at LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) and the Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London. It was at that time when he decided to start shooting his first shortfilm “MARCUS” (2016)
